Once again we go to the unusual with our wine-garlic sausage, green apples, ricotta cheese and a pinch of cinnamon. Definitely one to try.

Fresh spinach, feta and ricotta cheeses and prosciutto ham provide a flavorful combination.
Kokopelli
For a hint of the Southwest try black beans, corn, black olives, cheddar cheese and our cilantro pesto. Served with a side of our homemade salasa.
Spinach Twist
This one does not have fontina and mozzarella cheeses. It features fresh spinach leaves, blue cheese, red onions, mushrooms and chopped garlic in an open-faced calzone. Lower in fat, but it packs a lot of flavor!
Grubstake
Add mildly spicy homemade pepperoni to our blend of Swedish fontina and mozzarella cheeses.
